What we do with your information

What this website collects

If you say yes to the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this website: which pages get looked at, which website sent you here, your rough location, the kind of device you are on, and whether you tapped to call us, tapped for directions or sent a form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do that. If you say no, it never loads. There are no advertising pixels on this site.

One small cookie remembers your answer so the notice does not keep coming back. It lasts a year if you say yes and six months if you say no.

Change your cookie choice

When you do send us a form, we get exactly the fields you filled in. Those go straight to our email so somebody here can read them and get back to you.

Photographs you upload

If a form asks you for photographs, they are stored so we can look at them alongside your message. They are not public and they are not indexed by search engines.

Who else sees it

The email is delivered by a service called Resend, which is how the message physically reaches our inbox. Beyond that we do not share, sell or rent anything you send us.

If you say yes to the cookie notice, Google receives the visit information described above, because Google runs Google Analytics. We have it set so your visits are not used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Form messages sit in our email like any other message. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.

Google keeps the detailed Analytics records for two months and then deletes them.

Buying from us

No money changes hands on this website. There is no cart here, no checkout and no card details, because everything is paid for at the counter in the store.
